- Plummer's speech, just pure class

- Octavia's genuine shock and pleasure at winning, and subsequent speech. Off the cuff will always beat out pre-pre-prepared

- Dujardin's mini-Oscar meltdown at the end of his speech, complete with a cuss word in French

- Brett from FOTC winning an Oscar, although that wasn't exactly the most competitive category

- Emma Stone being generally charming and random, not to mention her invitation to Superbad buddy Jonah Hill to come onstage

- Fred Willard and his obsession with the flying monkeys

- the Dean making fun of Angelina's sexpot pose

- Will Ferrell and Zach G banging those cymbals in Brad Pitt's face multiple times

uuhhh, that's about it? At least it was over relatively quickly
