I can't call it a failure, since it's clear Tom Green made EXACTLY the movie he wanted to make... and if you find this brand of humor funny, then wow, you'd be laughing your ass off here.

I wonder what this movie is like when you're stoned. Goddamn this movie is weird as fuck.
