he's a better actor. but he ain't even got that CR resume, let alone eddies. CR has a much more comparable career to eddies then foxx.
rock has...
SNL, in which he was a part of a revival of sorts during one of it's better runs. i'd give foxx the ILC edge though, but this shit is close IMO. hell didn;t rock do ILC as well for a while?
a critically acclaimed and award winning sketch/talk show. foxx was a part of one, rock created one. HUGE W for chris there.
also a critically acclaimed tv show based on his own life. W.
FIVE good-to-great quality comedy shows (didn't care much for the albums and the sketches/songs on em....but i digress), with his very first album being a damn fine showing itself for a sixth(poke and beans ready!! and tell yo momma ta get her bloody draws out the sink..). does foxx have one anywhere close to his worst of this bunch, big ass jokes?? plus his comedy has a meat and weight to it that eddies doesn't.
i'll even go as far as saying that rock gets on level with eddie here for sheer quality and volume- while none of them are singularly on level, they are all good to great, and at that point his 6 go a long way to putting him o par with eddies 2.
rock hasn't exaclty had a great film career, so while foxx wins that category he's not exactly Will Smith. he;s got any given sunday, ray, collateral, ali...so those are good. but after that it's shit like bait and stealth.
no disrespect to foxx, he's got a respectable thing going, but he is not in the stratosphere of eddie, or chris. -Sig-
