And "Robot Chicken" IS animated. It's stop-motion animation.
This list is flawed in general. "The Tick" and "Futurama" are too high (not that it wasn't a good show; they just doesn't have the history/name recognition the other shows that are high on the list do), and full-quality animated shorts from the early 20th century ("Popeye", "Tom & Jerry" are several dozen places below (comparatively speaking) assembly-line Saturday morning shows like "Scooby-Doo, Where are You!" and "The Real Ghostbusters"?
I guess this is what one would expect from a list assembled by IGN though. I should be surprised that "Looney Tunes" even made it to number three.
