>It was well written, and kept me on edge the whole time. The >way it ends... WOW, shocked the hell out of me.
Like the dude said, it had a 'State Property' or 'I'm Bout It' sort of storyline and ending. Very amateurish and silly. In fact, I'll take 'State Property' over this shit anyday.
The movie didn't know when to be goofy or when to be serious...it mixed them together and it came across very retarded sometimes(Lol - Matt Damon sending text messages in his pocket as a CLIMAX in the film... Lol...)
Matt Damon was terrible. His character was completely uninteresting. His scenes were pretty bad. I know he's a Boston white kid, but he's not at his best when he's playing a Boston white kid(I didn't even like *HIM* in 'Good Will Hunting'...that was Robin Williams' movie).
The entire psychiatrist character, and all of her interactions completely sucked. She was very, very, boring. Very.
The movie was like a slightly suckier 'the Last Boyscout' and that's a compliment. I'm only saying that because 'The Departed' did have one liners.
People just have a hard time hating scorcese and all those cast members.
Sort of like how America has found a way to like the Oceans series, when those films are horrifyingly bad.
