I spoke with the incomparable Mr. Zone in-depth about the 15th anniversary of the release of his "A Job Ain't Nuthin But Work" album. He chronicled at-length the process of creating the album, including the original and aborted plan for it. We also talked about his shifting production style, broke down some of the songs on the album, discussed which underground MCs can hoop, and recounted the time he rocked the stock with Gnarls Barkley. Check it out.
