(1)Jeru The Damaja "Wrath Of The Math"
(2)M.O.P. "Firing Squad"
(3)Xzibit "At The Speed Of Life"

It's not much to discuss, Jeru's first two albums had Premier on production and it was dope, Jeru had lyrics with meaning.

M.O.P. Brownsville screaming rappers who put aggression in their music, they were the 2nd coming of Onyx if you ask me.

Xzibit first album was nice, he had some nice songs, vocabulary that was missing in newer emcees at the time, but for some reason the album was missing something to make it worth going back to but I still like the majority of the songs on it.

Other note worthy hip-hop album from '96:

Al'Tarig aka Fashion "God Connections"
ATCQ "Beats, Rhymes, & Life"
Bahamadia "Kollage"
Big Noyd "Episodes Of A Hustla"
Brother Most "Mood & Intensity"

Cella Dwellas "Realms & Reality"
Chino XL "Here To Save You All"

Grav aka Massive "Down To Earth"
