* = Elvis. 'He' = Elvis. 'That sucker' = Elvis. 'Him' = Elvis. It's astounding to me that you won't recognize that.
**"you see" is a grammatical construct usually called a tag question, meant for confirmation that the listener understands the speaker's viewpoint. 'You see' is Chuck addressing the listener, confirming that we understand what he's talking about; he is clearly not introducing some mysterious 3d party he then calls a racist.
