"Is "Bigger than Hip Hop" the origin of Dubstep?"

I am at a club right now where they played this song right after a Dubstep set, and I never thought about it, but this song sounds like it damn near inspired the whole genre. I know Timbo (joked? And) said he invented Dubstep, and his old late 90's bouncy tracks do sound like they may have had some influence, but Dead Prez's track sounds even more like it.

Who knows, maybe I'm trippin
