i don't know when the last time this was ever played... anywhere.
but i am working on the best songs of 2002 list and came to this induction...
i never paid much attention to this song outside of the hook when it was out.
but now that it has my attention - i'm starting to wonder...
was flipper on the verge of birthing a new sub-genre on this one?
i really think this song could have been included in one of those small children's displays inside a drug store where you press a button and it plays 10 seconds of a song for toddlers.

additionally, i think this song could have been useful for people recovering from head trauma accidents or people born with chromosomal learning disorders like down and/or edwards syndrome.

really don't know if people "got" this one back in 2002.
