In the sense that one of their songs really took off but for whatever reason nothing else seemed to stick despite it being good or great.

This being inspired by 1 person telling me how much they love Blind Melon's debut and another telling me how much they loved Dexy's Midnight Runners. Both telling me that it doesn't matter that nothing else stuck b/c the music was there and those that actually care would seek it out.
