That entire sound comes from Portishead. I will admit that, but he does not sound anything like tricky. Trick was trip-hop, drum and base, freaking jungle, etc.

Tricky was some of everything....

Tricky never spewed lyrics on the level of Gonjasufi....I love tricky, but Gonjasufi just has a little more depth and meaning. His voice is dark, but his meaning is bright.
