... for years. While I can concede that LWFC and Resurrection are probably *better* albums overall for a few reasons, I don't think that Comm was ever better *lyrically* than he was on ODIAMS. Like I said, you nailed it - and I've said it nearly word for word myself: Comm found that perfect balance between lyrical wordplay and playful puns, and introspection, on One Day. He also still had the insatiable hunger that can't really be replicated. There was a sense of urgency that he's come *close* to but never actually achieved again in his career IMO.
