...as well as putting those people in their stable of creative supporters. And a lot of artists are realistic in that it's a lot harder to create a new brand (artist) than to support an existing one.
Some of these young artists cry about it, never having their albums released. But the perks of creating for an established artist/camp without the shitty lifestyle many working/touring musicians are shackled to is appealing and lends itself to holding other careers and family.
