But yeah, just my overall taste for music came from being around my dad and his homeboys all the time...going to his shows, seeing them practice, and hearing the small things they did to make things work out. It gives me a huge advantage, to where I can DJ for a 40+ crowd and they'll seriously ask me, "wait.....are you...just a young looking 45 year old?" And a lot of things become natural to you that you don't realize until it's pointed out...timing, matching energies when producing or DJing, all of that.
