at one time i thought i might have been madlib's biggest fan from around 2001 to about 2007.

anyway.so for this 1st madlib post, i'm going to recommend you get/purchase 2 slept on albums that are extensively featuring madlib's early production. This is early madlib when he was raw as fuck and when the whole state of hiphop was way fresher and before he really had blown up like that.

The 1st album is from 1999 and the next album is from 2001. featuring a member from the original affiliated crew.. and to me the only mc i really could fuck with rhyming over his tracks before him and doom first got together for the original , cassette tape recording version of the Madvillan album that circulated on the internet at least 6 months before the retail version dropped with fuckn Re-Recorded vocals where Doom's delivery didn't sound as dope as it did on the original version.

So here we go, and i'm recommending you should find and buy used copies of these cd's and listen to them, look at the album artwork, read the credits, see who produced what tracks , etc>

#1 - released in 1999: http://www.amazon.com/Illmindmuzik-Declaime/dp/B00001T3DB/ref=ntt_mus_ep_dpi_5

#2 - released in 2001 : http://www.amazon.com/Illmindmuzik-Declaime/dp/B00001T3DB/ref=ntt_mus_ep_dpi_5 (<<<this shit right here tho!!)

Dont start with the first quas, don't start with jaylib, dont start with lootpack. Lol. start here and then we can have session #2.... that 2nd joint is half produced by Madlib, and Half produced by Kankick (i think Oh No got one or two on there as well). trust me.....
