BUT from what ive seen NOI = Prince Paul and his son (DJ P.Forreal)
they just put out an album (self titled, NOI) which i havent listened to yet, but i did find a "NOI Presents" mixtape that P.Forreal did with this guy Tee Harris....and ive got to say that as far as skits go, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree - they all had me cracking up.
