Gotta the gate on my back yard fence, and all of the sudden my dishwasher is leaking. I swear there is always SOMETHING to fix in this damned house!

Got someone in for my specialist position, the pickings in THIS job market are SLIM. She seems ok tho, I'm cautiously optimistic. If you wanna upgrade NOW is the time. It's rough out there.

The workout is going good. I'm down 5lbs! 40 to go.....
