Last week I was sitting at a lagoon in the park and I saw a dog viciously chasing after what I thought was a smaller dog. The smaller dog ran up a tree...it was a large raccoon. The owner was following his dog. I imagine if that dog suddenly went after a person it would be a wrap.

People are supposed to have their dogs on leash and we do have plenty of dog parks in my city.
