Even if the money is good, your career is getting stagnant. Staying at the same level for too long = "I'm doing the minimum and am comfortable with it" Not saying that's true for you but that's how others will view it. If you want to make more, advance in your career and get promoted, you have to speak up and tell your manager what you want.
I had to learn this recently. I thought if I just did well that my manager would surely notice and put me up for promotion without me saying anything. Not true. You gotta take the reins. I set up a meeting and told them I wanted a promotion and lot more money and laid out the case for why. He was like "damn, okay you're right my bad".
