like, for example, we have a solutions architect who became senior solutions architect...there are no jr solutions architect, or solutions architect, just Rob. Rob is the solutions architect. They give you the title when you reach the top of your grade and you're in a new band.
I'm a department of one. I am stretched thin, taking on more responsibility would be impossible. it would only be possible if they were to hire another me because as it is, the team ain't dancing if the DJ(me) and putting out music.
