Wanted to hip yall to a personal project of mine im a magazine designer - i did Scratch mag back in the day (also put in time at Popular Mechanics, Sports Illustrated, Billboard, etc) Been a dream of mine for a very long time to make my own magazine, and I DID IT finally.
The magazine is on some hipster designer shit - 50 copies, signed and numbered, dropping next month. There are no "articles" - the only type i used in the mag is the artist names and song titles of the music that came on shuffle as i was designing in real time.
i took those songs (500+), sent them to my boy Lacewell, and he made a mixtape for me - its the musical companion to the magazine. Give it a listen if you;re interested. Its chill and sprawling and eclectic as hell
