I really don't understand the plan. Plenty of time existed to get another candidate, or they could've told Biden to fall back one they saw he was slipping. It seems like the Dems are throwing the election this cycle.
Sad thing is you can see the intelligence in his eyes, but he's really having a hard time expressing himself. I get what he's saying (even the Elephant/Lion thing... probably is a question asked on a cognitive test), but the ability to express himself appears to be in decline.
