"Poll question: Who is right? The Uber Driver or Me?"
I took an Uber this morning and I asked a driver his name before I got into his car and he said he wouldn’t tell me until I told him my name.
He said it was Uber policy but I told him that was stupid because why would a single woman or anyone get into somone’s car and they won’t tell you their name?
For the record I always match the license plate with the number seen on the Uber app but I use the name check as extra insurance, and plus it just makes me feel good that everything is lining up.
