"Poll question: Settle an argument regarding me and my boyfriend. "
My boyfriend’s grandma’s birthday is this weekend in Philly and he’s going to see her to celebrate.
I mentioned one day I would like to go up with him to visit her and he said this weekend would work but his aunt and uncle are in one guest room, his 45 year old cousin in one, and her 20 year old in another, and my boyfriend is on the couch, so there’s no room for me.
My friend said if he really wanted me there he would ask the cousin and her kid to share a room and have me in one of the rooms (not sure how old school his grandma is so not sure how she feels about us in the same room so maybe he still would be on the couch).
I say all that would be imposing and I don’t blame him for not asking for that.
