like others have said in here already...dems should be fanning out to all major media outlets and hammering republicans on this. screaming about repubs being caught red handed STEALING AN ELECTION! exposing the hypocrisy between their silence on this and their outrage over nonexistent election fraud in florida. and couple this with gop power grabs in multiple states and blatant voter suppression in many more. couple that with the fact that repubs are defending a president who committed campaign finance fraud to steal an election. repubs are at war with democracy itself and dems should be branding that entire party on their foreheads with it.
nicholas confessore gave him the easiest layup in the world. basically said repubs in nc have constantly pushed for these inane voter restrictions on the basis of imaginary voter fraud...meanwhile one of their candidates is caught with actual election fraud/tampering. then nick asked if that party deserves blame/responsibility over this.

no mention of the state party and various repub election officials being alerted to this behavior over several occasions over several YEARS and doing nothing about it. no mention of the party being alerted about it by THE REPUBLICAN INCUMBENT who lost in the most recent primary and doing nothing about it. so corrupt ass nc state repubs were cheating THEIR OWN VOTERS (everyone who voted for the incumbent). no mention of this guy being endorsed by repubs and rotated through several races through several counties for his 'services'...even AFTER being convicted of fraud in the 90s and even being investigated (ongoing) starting as recently as 2016! NO MENTION OF ANY OF THAT!
no mention of nc repubs passing a voter id law that supposedly addresses (nonexistent) voter fraud but would have done NOTHING to stop their exposed method of election fraud!
no mention of nc repubs (once again) trying to change the makeup of the state board of elections to give these same corrupt ass repubs power over all even-year elections (basically all midterms and presidential elections) AFTER theyve been caught conspiring to steal elections!
this shit was a party-wide conspiracy that was basically accepted by these corrupt repubs on some 'if you aint cheating then you aint trying' shit.
