It's pretty easy. Took me maybe an hour and a half including removing the old one. As usual I could do it much faster the second time around. Nothing really complex or hard, just takes some time because it can be a pain working in the tight space. Basically you just detach the old stuff from the water lines and then from the sink. Put new stuff in and secure it, reattach water lines.
I have a 4 hole sink and the previous set up used all 4 holes - separate pieces for the spout, lever, sprayer, and soap dispenser. New one only had two so it was a lot quicker.
