Made grits for the first time in a while, and accidentally spilled too much ghee in it, resulting in 400 calories of pure buttery fat, 300 more than I wanted. Tried to get rid of the excess, but who knows *shrug*. Bout to enjoy this goodness even though I should prolly throw it away.
