I begged to get that race set for xmas... I remember me and my dad putting it together and he held a section in his hands... it was like Edison discovering the light bulb...

for some reason this memory came up today.. and then I thought about how times have changed.. parents would go to jail for some of the things they hit kids with in the 70's...
