Are you sure you're not implying a double-standard? I think you are and I'm not judging you for it. I'll admit to having a double-standard. Sexual assault has a different context for men and women and different moral rules apply. I know that's problematic and opens a can of worms but life is complicated.
In anycase...it's kinda nonsensical to ask 'can a man feel violated?' Of course he can. If you're asking can he LEGITIMATELY feel violated my answer is also yes.
This might not have anything to do with what you're getting at....but I think an adult male who has sex with a 15 year old female is committing a worse moral regression than an adult female who does the inverse. I also think there are nuanced differences that make contextual differences that might also affect the degree of how 'wrong' it is. IE sexual preference....region and culture....what KIND of sex it is....etc
