Two part post

1) How do you handle growing apart from niggas? I dont relate to most of the people in my old crew anymore. They're mostly okay people but aside from a few family men our morals and values arent the same. I've been the odd man out since forever, but I worry about being perceived as even stranger if I bring anything up.

2) Growing to like new girlfriends/boyfriends being brought around the crew, especially when everyone loved our friend's last long term partner and they didnt break up on ugly terms. I joke a lot around people who get me and Im just hella cordial until I get a feel for the new person. At first I was the new person being brought around and I was quiet until I felt accepted. No real point to this other than it would be way easier and more fun if the ex was still in the picture more
