my boss is prolly better than yours lol. for real tho, he told me that he wants me to keep my eyes open for the next move within the company. told me he loves me (which was cool, but a lil weird).



I told him that I've already started looking and had actually interviewed outside of the company. his reply....Good, glad you're doing that.

outside of that, he's the best manager I've ever had. just seems to know how to make stuff happen. gives good coaching to the team. accepts and welcomes input from us. tells you when you messed up, but not in way to make you lose confidence or feel belittled. ask us how he can get better. he trusts us to do our jobs. he allows space for mistakes and doesn't swoop in to do it for us if something gets goofy.

he always seems to know what's going on and all the different pieces that need to be considered. I really don't know how he does it. and he's dealing with a wife that's not in the best of health.

oh, he's in chicago and I'm in atlanta. I'm sure that helps too.
