"Poll question: Are my forks getting snatched up when I'm not home?"
Last year I noticed all of my forks were gone (just forks) and they were very distinct because they had this weird space in the handle for hanging. Anyway, I figured I had gotten too high and thrown them out with my carry out containers over the course of months? which I didn't fully believe, but what other explanation was there?
Anyway, I buy a new set of silverware and forget about it. This was around Sept/Oct 2015. So now the other day I'm washing my dishes and notice I'm down to one fork. Everything else is fine. Just the forks are missing. Now I know I didn't throw any forks out or anything like that this time (and likely never did). It sounds crazy, but I think our building service guy is taking my silverware. Okay where's the proof?
Well not long after I first moved in I left a shirt in the washing machine overnight. When I went to get it the next morning it was gone. I ask the front desk guy if we can view the camera feed and he says ask the building service guy because his soon to be ex wife (according to him) was known to have sticky fingers. I ask him, it's awkward, he goes to his apt and comes back with the shirt.
Dude also has a bad habit of leaving his tools and what not in my spot. One day I came home and found a broken fluorescent light bulb tube sitting on my toilet seat. What if I had just sat on it while the lights were out? It was jagged as all hell. Anyway...
So any Encyclopedia Brown's out there with an opinion on this?
