"Poll question: Should I expect a full refund or nah?"
Wed May-25-16 09:41 AM by Cenario

Hired an electrician cause we were having an electrical issue with the line for our dishwasher. Homie comes and tests the line with a wand. Says there is electricity running through and the issue is with the dishwasher. Charged us $125 plus tax and wifey gave a $20 tip cause she ain't have change and dude struggled to get the dishasher out.

Have the best buy techs come to look at the dishwasher and they test the electricity with a meter. 2 lines come back at 120volts, one line comes back at 7 volts...hence the issue. Wifey tells him that previous electrician only tested with wand. Best buy says get a new electrician, wand only shows electricity running through, meter tells how much.

Should i expect a full refund plus tip back from electrician 1.

Sidenote: Worst case scenario I'll dispute the charges with Amex, who have never let me down.
