For example, as a Black (minority) Person, is your strong opinion viewed as anger instead of passion for the matter? White other White contemporaries who are in fact mad or anger are only thought of as spirited and motivated?
Are you looked at by White people as the residential source for all things Urban or "Black"?
Do White coworkers try to restate your suggestions in meetings like, "I think what Todd/April is trying to say is ..."
Do White (the entire room or group) people get really quite when you drop that serious knowledge on a subject or product because they don't know what you know?
