"Poll question: Greatest Celebration of Unchecked Whiteness"
it's good ol' St. Patty's Day Weekend again! the annual holiday weekend where non-white ppl in Chicago, Boston and NYC (maybe Savannah too?) who don't have white friends stay as far the fuck away from the festivities as possible b/c...well, yeah. look, plenty of us just get uncomfortable around large groups of extraordinarily drunk white ppl b/c the shit starts to feel like a Trump rally once the intoxication hits a tipping point. it's only a matter of time b4 someone starts throwing racial slurs and then we either gotta fight or flee and either way the good time has been blown and it's like...why bother w/that risk? it's probably best for all involved if we stay away so the whiteness can flow unchecked w/o worry that we'll have to regulate somehow.
i'm generalizing like hell and not speaking for all non-white ppl who don't have white friends. but...yeah. so anyway, considering all of that - which of the holidays is the greatest celebration of unchecked whiteness? on which of the holidays does the whiteness flow w/greatest temerity?
