even if she had an affair w/him (she didn't) that doesn't mean she wanted to discuss his sexual anatomy in the workplace. or that she wanted to discuss bestiality or porn w/him in the workplace.
all of that ^ is sexual harassment. coworkers involved in intimate (sexual or romantic) personal relationships outside the workplace can surely sexually harass each other in the workplace.
