The go-to talking point is basically: OBAMA DOESN'T KEEP US SAFE!!!!

But then when u ask Cruz, Trump and the rest of the 1st string Republicans debating onstage they stop short of saying that they would put boots on the ground....lol

Most of the things they say they will do (getting the Arab states to join in on the fight; getting more special forces in ISIS strongholds, etc....) Obama is already doing....

Basically, the Repubs r banking on that good ol fashion, BLAME THE BLACK GUY....

And it's working so far....
