So i thought i could use some spare time to compile a top 20 songs composed of people's top 3 songs of the year.

the idea being that folk post 3 tracks and i will compile these on a spreadsheet. come the end of the year i'll sort them by frequency and list the top 20 and make the spreadsheet available if people want it.

I'm going to take the first 3 songs you mention so if you want to write a long diatribe about how you came up with the 3 or want to subtly mention a half dozen songs please list the final 3 first. Also i'm not going to do a substantial check on the year of release. I imagine it will sort itself out in the wash.
