"How'd you pick your therapist?"


  

          

I have resigned myself to the fact that I NEED to talk to someone.

Right now, I'm using the behavioral health provider search that my health insurance has.

Do you find it easier to speak with someone of the opposite sex?

Can you tell me what your preliminary session was about? Did you dive right in or did you just kind of build a rapport?


I've scheduled an appointment with someone, we'll see how it goes.

How many different people did you see before you found the right fit?


Also, how long does one generally stay in therapy?
