yeah... this prolly sounded good in theory but its not working out that well in practice.
His brother is suing him because he gave away all the profits and now the margin of error is slim to none. New clients have signed on but not nearly enough to cover the cost of doing business. He lost employees because they were upset and felt they were undervalued. They were accused of being selfish and jealous. He also lost clients because they feared Gravity would increase charges to make up for the shortfall.
Now he is selling assets and renting because he is BROKE. So to my OKP bredren who say if you can't afford to pay employees then you can't afford to be in business...well, when you can't afford to be in business what happens to those employees? They go to work for someone who won't pay 70K for you to punch in.
This is why $15 an hour for flipping burgers is laughable. Sure, maybe it works in SF and NYC but in ATL or Kansas City? FOH... they will slash the workforce.
