just had an idea for a website

it tracks Rappers as if they were publicly traded stocks

Kanye - KNYW
Jay Z - JZ
Bobby Shmurda - BS - delisted
Chief Keef - CCK - delisted


I was just wondering what the ratio of new rappers to previously famous rappers is...furthermore I wonder what the retention rate is from year to year.

It would be a technical year-end break down statistically...a technical year end wrap up.


Of course there is the reality tv show idea I have of "where are they now" where rappers who were once very big are tracked down and asked to tell their story long after the fame has faded.
