I think Montana and Chinx are the ones really fit into your idea. Montana's songs because they use recognizable samples and added that popular trap low-end. the Chinx songs is just raw in a very mid-late 90s type of way. had never heard it BTW
Meek's songs just sound like the trap sound on meth. Nothing east coast boom-bappy IMO
Drake's Energy is that Toronto sound, which is a blend of various regions, maybe, but not necessarily east coast
that Tate Kobang song is dope as hell, never heard it. def sounds like, ioneno. shit is just dope. def doesn't fall into the trap sound tho, which is refreshing. and he does that singy-yet lyrical style very well
lastly, "Hot Nigga" is the only song that is a hit from the ones you listed, but it fits too IMO
