We listed our house for sale last night.

We got home from work and had two prospective buyers within an hour of each other.

The second buyer offered asking price plus closing costs on the spot.

My night just went from installing new facets in the bathroom to doubling down on finding a new house.

I'm beside myself in excitement/bewilderment.

Shit, 6 years ago I was homeless and couldn't find a job. Now I have a wife, two amazing kids, and we're about to seriously upgrade our home and payoff our car in one fell swoop.

To those of you who find yourself in a dark place and thinking wild shit, hopeless, suicidal, whatever. ... shit can change for you on a fucking dime. I'm living proof. Be encouraged. Things can change in the blink of an eye.
