I've been eating very little other than all-homegrown salads the past few weeks. Today: -orange cherry tomatoes -cucumbers -kale -broccoli -beet (I'm on the raw-beet-in-the-salad bandwagon now) -carrots (cosmic purple. look great as long as you don't peel 'em. Still tastes like a carrot though.)
Got a small melon patch coming too, plenty more tomatoes on the way, chard in the smoothies every morning, pepper plant are well fruited and growing. Just cleaned out the bed the sugar snaps and snow peas were in, and have to clean out the bolted arugula and endive patches. Will probably sow some more beets and carrots in there this wkd, and then in a week or two get my fall lettuces and mesclun mix in.
