Personally, I would probably let him have it if h did excellent work. But, if I needed the $10, th n I would ask.

I had a TV installation guy do some work for me and promised to send some socket covers and other stuff a lil over a month ago and has yet to receive it. However, he also left his step ladder, so when I decide that I need the stuff promised,mother I will hit him up.

Hypothetically, the here is no reason why anyone should be afraid to ask for what's rightfully theirs, especially if the person agreed to give whatever was owed. People forget shit, become busy with other projects, etc. if you don't ask, then you will never get what is owed.
