"Do you find the black ppl are generally closer to their family?"

Or generally white people are more distant from their family?

I feel like every white person I know has an estranged sibling or don't talk to one of the parents that raised them. And when you ask them why they don't have any particular reason and look at you like "why would we be closer?"

Alternatively, it always seems out of the ordinary to hear a black (or latino) person didn't speak to a sibling or a parent who was around when they grew up AND there wasn't a glaring family issue like abuse, drugs or whatever.

In short, white folks seem mad distant from their own family members generally speaking.

Anyone else see that?
