The winning tix are usually purchased at a Quik Mart in Glendale Heights or Circle K in Elgin hardly ever Chicago. Brookfield or Muskego, rarely Milwaukee. Clayton or Florissant and never St Louis

Im wondering should I start going to the burbs to get these tix.

And it seem shady because the most tickets are purchased by minorities in the city but most winners are white in the suburbs.
