"People who live in the 'burbs, how long does it take you"

to get into the city?

Not how long does it take you to cross the border, but how long does it take you to get to a meaningful neighborhood; eg, a major business district, nightlife area, university or your workplace?

Everyone claims to live 15-20 minutes away from the city, but whenever I go visit them it's more like 35-50 min OFF PEAK.
