Even Michelle Alexander raised the bar in her presentation of facts and data in The New Jim Crow. What are all these talking-heads getting at?

I mean, if they wanna be talking-heads, fine. Just say so.

But when it comes to policy, what are these guys invested in besides merely talking?

Or is talking enough?
